Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time First Impressions – Atrium Concierge to greet and register patients, coordinate with departments, and ensure a welcoming, orderly atrium.

You will handle insurance data, collect payments for drops and surgeries, assist with consent processes, and help maintain patient flow with attentive, empathetic service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding patient needs.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and provide solutions.
• Participate in the patient-informed consent process.
• Keep atrium clean and visually appealing; keep items stocked.
