Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision is seeking a Part-Time First Impressions - Atrium Concierge to warmly greet patients, register them, and ensure a welcoming, organized atrium experience.

You will coordinate with internal departments, assist with the consent process, collect insurance details, handle payments, and keep the atrium stocked and presentable. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to greet and register patients with a positive, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding patient needs.
• Handle difficult or escalated patient concerns and provide positive solutions.
• Participate in the patient-informed consent process.
• Ensure the atrium area is clean and visually appealing, and that food items are stocked.
• Collect and enter patient insurance information into the database.
• Verify patient insurance information and demographics.
• Collect payments for drops, surgeries, and/or account balances.
