Job Summary
Stable consumer packaged goods manufacturing organization in Cypress, CA is seeking a First Impression Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting a busy corporate office, coordinating vendor activity, assisting with HR-related scheduling, and helping create a welcoming, professional experience for employees, candidates, visitors, and business partners.
The First Impression Coordinator will be a key administrative support contact across office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, onboarding support, and company events. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, file, and maintain service agreements from multiple vendors to support accurate records and office operations.
- Order and cancel company mobile phones through vendor partners as employee needs change.
- Coordinate office and warehouse repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor scheduling.
- Update and maintain the fiscal year calendar using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with business license and permit coordination as needed.
- Support candidate interview scheduling, applicant tracking, new hire schedules, onboarding coordination, and company event planning.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Cypress, CA.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate vendor agreements, service records, mobile phone requests, and facility maintenance scheduling.
- Support interview scheduling, applicant tracking, new hire onboarding, and internal administrative coordination.
- Maintain calendars, office records, permits, licenses, and event planning details.
- Provide professional front-office and administrative support in a corporate environment.
- 2 to 3 years of administrative and office experience in a professional corporate environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through.
- Positive, professional, and can-do communication style.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, candidates, and employees at various levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting office operations in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or consumer packaged goods environment.
- Prior exposure to candidate scheduling, onboarding coordination, or applicant tracking processes.
- Experience coordinating vendors, facilities requests, service agreements, or business licenses.
- Strong Excel calendar maintenance and administrative tracking experience.
