Job summary

Bulldog Trial Lawyers is seeking its first litigator to grow our plaintiff employment practice. The ideal candidate will handle cases from intake through trial or settlement, mentor junior associates, and thrive without marketing or payroll concerns.

We offer a guaranteed draw with contingency participation and equity, with geography flexible across multiple states. You will join an ambitious firm supported by an MSO, with back-office, marketing, case management, IT, and IOLTA resources to help

Qualifications

• Plaintiff employment litigator with experience in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour.
• Ability to take a case from intake through trial or settlement without hand-holding.
• 3+ years preferred; will consider 2 years for the right candidate.
• Active bar in any US jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Take cases from intake through trial or settlement without hand-holding.

• Provide back-office support and grow the practice with us.
