Qualifications

• Active member of the California Bar with litigation experience.
• Strong skills in depositions and motion practices.
• Capability to manage caseload of approximately 50 to 75 matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation matters from case development through trial.
• Manage litigation matters, draft pleadings, and handle discovery.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial while working directly with clients.
