Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, or awaiting 2026 bar results.
• Experience in employment litigation or civil litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective managing multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage active employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and provide initial case analysis.
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, and settlement agreements.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and support mediations and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff.
• Explain legal options to clients and advise on possible outcomes.
• Manage discovery, document production, and case deadlines.
• Contribute to litigation planning and the firm's broader strategy.
