Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred; 2 years acceptable for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Take cases from intake through trial or settlement independently.
• Mentor associates as the firm grows.

Skills

Plaintiff employment litigator experience

Ability to take cases from intake through trial or settlement

Active bar admission in any US jurisdiction

Experience in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage & hour
