Corgi is seeking its first litigator for Bulldog Trial Lawyers, a plaintiff-side employment firm. The role involves taking cases from intake to trial and mentoring associates as they are hired. The firm offers a guaranteed draw of $200k and potential all-in compensation exceeding $250,000, alongside equity and full back-office support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of employment litigation, with a preference for candidates having 3+ years in practice. Geography is flexible as the office can be located where the candidate is based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred; 2 years considered for the right candidate.
• Experience in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage & hour cases.

Responsibilities

• Grow the practice and mentor associates as they are added.
• Handle litigation from intake through trial or settlement.
