Hussh is seeking its first Chief Revenue Officer to own and design the company’s revenue math across enterprise, marketplace, consumer, and government motions. You will define segmentation, targets, and pricing, and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up in a data-driven, do-the-right-thing environment.

The role demands a proven track record in multi-channel revenue, with a bias for building and governing scalable systems.

Formación

• 15+ years in revenue and go-to-market leadership.
• Proven track record of building revenue engines at scale.
• Experience leading across enterprise, marketplace, and partner motions.

Responsabilidades

• Write the revenue architecture: segments, territories, targets, pricing execution.
• Own the forecast: one CRM and a disciplined pipeline.
• Lead all revenue lines under one scoreboard: enterprise, marketplace, consumer and partner revenue.
• Build the two-sided marketplace motion with consented supply and demand.
• Own pricing execution with product and founder feedback loops.
• Build the salesforce to the bar: hire the leaders and quota-carriers.
• Stand up the revenue stack and tooling, including Attio, Gong, HubSpot/Marketo.
• Maintain relationships with enterprises, RIAs, family offices, and government buyers.
• Guard the doctrine: no user data sold, no dark patterns.
