Job summary

Fish Audio is building its first dedicated B2B demand gen marketing function. You will own positioning and messaging for developers, platform teams, and enterprise buyers, and launch the enterprise demand engine across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing targeting developers and technical decision-makers.
• Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function from scratch.
• Proven ability to own pipeline or revenue, not just metrics.
• Comfort bridging bottom-up adoption and enterprise sales.
• Strong writing to produce launch posts, technical blogs, and sales narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B positioning and messaging for developers, platform teams, and enterprise buyers.
• Build the enterprise demand engine across channels and prune ineffective ones.
• Run developer marketing with technical content, benchmarks, and community engagement.
• Design paths from free/self-serve to sales-assisted expansion and enable product-qualified leads.
• Create sales decks, case studies, ROI models, and competitive battlecards as needed.
• Lead end-to-end product launches including narratives, assets, and press/analyst engagement.
• Instrument marketing stack and reporting to measure usage, pipeline, and revenue.
• Research segments where voice AI adds most value and focus spend there.
• Hire and develop the B2B marketing team over time.
