Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking instructors to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train candidates to become certified instructors. The role requires current ARC instructor certification, strong CPR knowledge, and excellent communication.

In-person teaching across diverse settings with weekend availability is expected. Compensation includes hourly pay and potential supplemental incentives for instructor-trainer duties.

Qualifications

• Certified to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Instructor certification must be current and relevant to role.
• Trainer certification preferred for instructor-trainer path.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per Red Cross guidelines.
• Provide candidate feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are current and compliant with program rules.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
