Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking in-person instructors to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and to train instructor candidates. The role requires current American Red Cross instructor certification and strong CPR/AED knowledge, with emphasis on teaching, feedback, and adherence to Red Cross standards.

Positions are part-time and contract-based, with weekend availability and flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per teaching hour, plus $10.00 per enrolled student for

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
