Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor/Instructor Trainer to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students across diverse settings. This role involves preparing training sessions, delivering sessions to individuals or groups, and evaluating candidates to ensure proficiency.

The position requires current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Teaching: 2+ years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
