Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer Certification, r.25 — Required for instructor trainer role
• American Red Cross BLS Instructor Trainer Certification — Preferred
• American Heart Association BLS Instructor Certification — Preferred
• Other equivalent Instructor Trainer certifications may be considered with bridging guidance

Responsabilités

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR/AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
