Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. invites motivated engineering students to join our internship focused on firmware testing and lab work in Mequon, Wisconsin.

You will work with a team of engineers to develop and test Rockwell firmware, supporting the Connected Enterprise initiative. You will design and automate test scripts, document procedures, execute verification tests, and help prepare test reports while gaining exposure to Rockwell’s processes and culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Minimum GPA 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scripts to automate test procedures.
• Document test procedures and create test reports.
• Execute test procedures for verification of product functionality (manual/automated).
• Assist with lab audits and improvement activities.
• Assist with build and commissioning of test firmware and hardware platforms.
