Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Firmware Engineering Intern for Milwaukee, WI, to work with a team of engineers during the June–August period. The role involves firmware development, lab testing, and prototyping in an industrial IoT context.

No relocation assistance is provided, and performance will influence a potential part-time continuation through the school year. You will report to the Firmware Team Lead and gain hands-on experience in C/C++, Python, and engineering tools within an agile

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher as a minimum academic standard.

Responsibilities

• Programming firmware components.
