Itron, Inc. is seeking a Firmware Engineer to join a multinational, multicultural team focused on energy and water solutions. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from design to field support, in a hybrid environment based in Liberty Lake, WA or Waseca, MN.

Responsibilities include developing firmware and tests in C/C++, debugging, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting products over long lifecycles. Travel is minimal, with a 0–5% rate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in firmware development and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop firmware and unit tests in C/C++ for a range of products.
• Support design, debugging, validation, and maintenance in a rigorous development cycle.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FCC/UL) and standards like ISO/IEEE.
