Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, including buying, selling, and loans.
• Ensure compliance with ATF and federal/state forms (4473, NICS).
• Train Team Members on safe handling of firearms and transactions.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and documentation.
• Build customer relationships and meet financial targets for the department.
