EZCORP is seeking a Firearms Specialist to lead the firearms department with passion for guns, safety, and compliance. You will manage buying, selling, and lending while ensuring strict adherence to federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of firearms sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee firearms department including merchandising, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Ensure firearm compliance with required certifications and 4473 processes.
• Train team members on safe handling and firearm transactions.
• Meet or exceed department financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
