EZCORP, Inc. in San Antonio is hiring a Firearms Specialist to join our EZPAWN family. You will apply your passion and extensive knowledge of firearms to assist customers, evaluate collateral, and ensure compliance with ATF and state guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the firearms department, including merchandising, pricing, inventory controls and evaluation.
• Complete 4473 forms (when present) and ensure ATF compliance and FFL status.
• Drive profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Train Team Members on proper handling of and transactions involving firearms.
• Meet or exceed financial targets set for the firearms department.
