Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Firearms Specialist to lead and manage the firearms department in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle firearm sales, collateral appraisals, and ensure compliance with 4473 and ATF requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes knowledge of firearms, strong communication, and the ability to meet financial targets. Prior retail firearms exposure is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state firearms regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read customer needs and negotiate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, including merchandising and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines and 4473 processes.
• Train team members on proper handling and transactions involving firearms.
• Meet or exceed firearms department financial targets.
• Establish meaningful relationships with customers and provide service excellence.
