EZPawn is hiring a Firearms Specialist to lead the firearms department with extensive gun handling knowledge. You will manage buying, selling, and lending firearms, ensure compliance, and train team members while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires familiarity with 4473 forms and ATF guidelines, plus the ability to meet financial targets and build customer relationships in a busy retail store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms and ensure ATF compliance and good FFL status.
