Job summary

EZPawn in Northglenn, Colorado, is seeking a Firearms Specialist to lead the firearms department and help drive profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.

The ideal candidate has extensive firearms knowledge and handling experience. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of firearms-related sales, and familiarity with ATF guidelines and 4473 forms. A bilingual candidate is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations; able to pass background checks.
• Bilingual in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, including buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms (when present); ensure ATF compliance and keep store FFL status in good standing.
• Merchandise, price, inventory controls and evaluation of firearms and accessories.
• Train team members on proper handling of firearms and transactions.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
