EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Firearms Specialist in our Texas stores. You’ll lead the firearms department, applying knowledge of long guns and pistols while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll handle buying, selling, and loaning firearms, ensure 4473 and ATF compliance, and train teammates. A background in firearms and strong sales skills, plus the ability to pass background checks, will help you succeed. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass criminal/ATF background checks and drug tests.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the firearms department, driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluations of firearms and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines and complete 4473 forms when applicable.
• Train team members on proper handling and transactions involving firearms.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide service excellence.
