The ideal candidate will drive profitability through buying, selling, and lending on firearms, complete 4473 forms, and uphold strict compliance while providing excellent customer service. Prior retail or firearms experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store's firearms department, including buying, selling, and lending on firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and ensure ATF compliance.
• Maintain firearm inventory, pricing, and security standards.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
• Train Team Members on proper handling and transactions involving firearms.
