• Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Serve as the primary Customer Service Advocate, resolving escalated issues between customers and Beretta USA.
• Design, develop, and maintain an efficient service structure that supports national objectives.
• Oversee outsourced service centers to ensure consistent service quality and satisfaction.
• Ensure service personnel are trained, certified, and equipped to perform functions effectively.
• Develop and maintain standardized service procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product quality, customer satisfaction, and business goals.
