Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in inventory control and retail sales.
• Current Seller ID per FFL (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) and demonstrated firearms retail experience.
• Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall firearms department operations in accordance with ATF, Federal, State and Local rules.
• Welcome customers and provide premier customer service in selecting merchandise.
• Operate a cash register and handle daily cash reporting per procedures.
• Open/close responsibilities and supervise staff in the absence of management.
• Follow loss prevention policies and maintain safety standards.
