Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to deliver exceptional customer service and firearm sales at the gun counter. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products when appropriate, and support merchandising standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years in retail, and being 21+. You’ll help with promotions, signings, and ensure compliance with regulations, while maintaining a safe, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Organize and stock merchandise at gun counter.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
