Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to manage counter sales and customer service for firearms, plus floor sales of hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while promoting in-store programs.

Maintain firearm product knowledge, comply with ATF regulations and GCA, assist with merchandising and signing, and stay current with advertised sales. Applicants should be at least 21, with a high school diploma and 0–2 years in retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Demonstrate products and promote store programs (e.g., CLUB, VOC, in-store pick up).
• Maintain firearm counter and stock, keep area neat and organized.
• Follow policies, signage, and pricing; assist with floor merchandising and product knowledge training.
