Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, provide product information, and assist buying decisions with strong service focus.

Role requires knowledge of firearms regulations, high safety standards, and ability to train on product knowledge. Part-time schedule with merchandise stocking and related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Firearms and Ammunition product knowledge
• ATF Federal and State Regulations knowledge
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• GCA knowledge
• Merchandise stocking and merchandising abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on need.
• Promote programs and in-store pickup.
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms.
• Keep the firearms area clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Attend to all duties as assigned.
