Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while ensuring compliance with 4473 forms and company policies.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years retail experience, and the ability to stand and lift as needed. Benefits and discounts are available to part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations.
• Knowledge of the Gun Control Act (GCA).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Explain and complete 4473 forms as required.
• Maintain firearm counter and merchandise readiness.
• Keep shelves stocked and organized per guidelines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
