Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, provide information, and help them make buying decisions while handling merchandise with care.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms, demonstrating products, organizing merchandise, and staying current on pricing and promotions. Requires 21+ and a high school diploma; 0–2 years retail experience.

• Firearms and ammunition product knowledge
• ATF federal and state regulations knowledge
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• GCA
• Merchandise stocking abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in buying decisions
