Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to deliver excellent customer service at the gun counter and throughout the hunting merchandise area. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them make informed buying decisions while maintaining product knowledge and adherence to policies.

The role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and 0–2 years retail experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Familiar with ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms.
• GCA knowledge.
• Merchandising and stocking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote products and club memberships.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed.
• Organize and maintain firearms and hunting merchandise for sale.
• Replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Remain product expert through training and knowledge updates.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage for advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
