Rural King is hiring a Firearms Sales Associate to deliver knowledgeable customer service and assist with firearms, ammo, and related products. The role requires firearms product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of firearms laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering informed recommendations, handling transactions, and staying current on product developments.

Qualifications

• Firearms product knowledge and sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• Knowledge of applicable firearms laws and regulations.
• Ability to accurately complete transactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations.
• Assist with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
• Process sales, special orders, returns, payments, and documentation via POS.
• Promote promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty program awareness.
