Rural King is recruiting a Firearms Sales Associate to deliver knowledgeable customer service and assist with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.

The role requires firearms product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of applicable firearms laws and regulations. We offer hands-on training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in firearms sales, sporting goods, or retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of firearms safety, laws and regulations is important.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs, preferences and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable, unbiased product information and recommendations.
• Assist customers with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and required documentation through the POS system.
• Support promotions, upselling, cross-selling and loyalty programs.
