Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred, especially in firearms or sporting goods.
• Knowledge of Federal and State firearms regulations and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend firearms and accessories.
• Process sales transactions and ensure compliance with 4473 forms and ATF requirements.
• Maintain firearms sales floor, stock levels and product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store programs and memberships.
• Adhere to all Bass Pro Shops policies and safety procedures.
