Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
• GCA
• Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and recommend products.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Maintain merchandise on shelves and at the gun counter with correct pricing.
• Stay knowledgeable of advertised sales and promotions.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and store upkeep.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
