Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, recommend products, and ensure safe handling and accurate information at the gun counter.

Role requires firearm knowledge, ATF regulation awareness, and retail sales experience. This is a full-time position with benefits and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Understanding of ATF Federal and State regulations
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• GCA knowledge
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Promote club memberships, and in-store pickup programs
• Ensure firearms are handled safely and compliant with regulations
• Maintain floor and counter displays and keep area organized
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
