Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Basic math skills and ability to work with currency and percentages.
• Must have a valid FOID card (Illinois) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and assessing needs.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and train other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Keep backstock organized and merchandise properly displayed and replenished.
• Ensure accurate price tagging, signage, and presentation of products.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors, and management.
• Ensure safety standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to varied scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
