Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, identify needs, and promote products.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and restocking.
• Attend product training and store meetings; train new associates.
• Operate a PC and handheld inventory scanner; use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AS400.
