Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy to create a welcoming first impression.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and stock.
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items from heights over 6 ft.
• Attend Scheels product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate a computer and handheld scanner; use MS Office, Google tools, and AS400.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership; hold a valid FOID card.
