Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote Scheels Visa Credit Card and related promotions.
• Manage inventory with internal reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the floor.
