Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management and analyze internal reports.
• Ensure backstock is organized and merchandise is properly displayed.
• Tag pricing, apply signage, and maintain storefront presentation.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented environment.
• Communicate with store teams, campus, and vendors respectfully.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform basic math for currency, measurement, and percentages.
• Possibly participate in product knowledge meetings and varied hours as scheduled.
