Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile as they enter or exit the store.
• Enhance the customer experience by engaging in conversation and providing personalized service.
• Accurately scan items and ensure they are properly rung and paid for at checkout.
• Bag purchases carefully and assist with firearm background checks and processing.
• Promote the Scheels Visa and explain its benefits.
• Process returns and exchanges for firearm purchases.
• Assist with Gun Room housekeeping and ensure ATF laws are followed.
• Execute technology-based processes for firearm transactions as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
