Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in all selling areas and lead product knowledge training for others.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Maintain organized backstock and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the floor.
• Ensure products are displayed with price tags, stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with associates, campus, vendors, and sales reps.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe per procedures.
• Perform basic math for currency, measurements, and percentages.
• Work assigned schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; attend knowledge meetings.
