Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete all firearm sales paperwork (Form 4473, licensing, background checks) accurately.
• Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling.
• Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale.
• Greet customers and assist with buying decisions.
• Grow personal sales and promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
