The Armory Operations Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and manage sales in a retail environment. This role requires a foundational knowledge of firearms and the ability to guide customers through their purchases while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The CSR will perform various responsibilities including greeting customers, processing transactions, and collaborating with the team. The position offers flexible hours with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of major firearm manufacturers and models.
• Strong understanding of safe firearm handling practices.
• Basic understanding of firearm acquisition and sales laws.
• Comfortable with basic computer navigation and retail software.
• Detail-oriented self-starter excelling in fast-paced environments.
• Must obtain firearm safety certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product education, and execute transactions.
• Guide customers toward the right firearms and accessories.
• Maintain compliance with federal and local regulations.
• Assist customers with processing at SilencerShop kiosks.
• Identify suspicious purchase attempts and mitigate risks.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Collaborate to meet sales targets and enhance culture.
