Frontier Justice is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to provide exceptional client service, maintain product knowledge, and ensure compliance with federal and state firearms regulations. You will educate customers on safety, assist with orders, and collaborate with the team to deliver a positive client experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (college hours preferred), be 21+, and willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Assist clients with orders, tracking shipments, and returns.
• Educate clients on product features, safety, and handling.
• Cross-sell or upsell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Record client interactions and transactions accurately in systems.
• Ensure compliance with ATF/ state regulations and Form 4473.
