Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate who can provide knowledgeable customer service while assisting with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products. This role requires firearms product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of applicable firearms laws and regulations.

You will greet customers, recommend products, process transactions, and support promotions and loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in firearms sales or related retail preferred.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, accessories and applicable laws.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to complete transactions and documentation accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations.
• Assist customers with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and required documentation accurately through the POS system.
