Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Retail Manager - Firearms to supervise the firearms department, ensure ATF/state/federal compliance, and deliver a first-class customer experience while maintaining merchandising and inventory standards.

You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching, while partnering with the Gun Vault Specialist Team to maintain safe operations and accurate firearm handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred Degree: Choose an item. in ________ (if applicable)
• Certificate(s) or License(s):
• Years of experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management that includes firearms safe handling practices, skilled in the accurate ID of firearms and ammunition, as well as their classification and mechanical operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise firearms department operations and compliance with ATF, state and federal laws.
• Lead staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory controls are maintained.
• Deliver legendary customer service and assist customers in buying decisions.
